Once you have completed your online registration, please email your HCR Roster to lillooetminorhockey@hotmail.com and Tournament Fee to lillooetminorhocke yetransfer@gmail.com. After submission, LDMHA will confirm your application has been received.

Tournament Cancellation Policy- Withdrawal from any Tournament prior to the start of the tournament will result in forfeiture of your Tournament Fee or a $100 Administration Fee if a replacement team is found.

Tournament Waiver- We realize, that by registering for this tournament, we acknowledge the rules and conditions set by the Tournament. LDMHA assumes no responsibility for accident, injury or property damage or loss. Any damage to dressing rooms or arena property will be reported to your association for payment.
