Complaint Process


The complaint process for all parents is as follows:

-24 hour cool down period is required.

-Bring concern to team Manager.  The stands are other public places are NOT places for parents to bring forward their concerns.  If the concern requires discussion at the coaching level, they need to be in written form in order to protect our volunteers.

-The Manager will advise the Head Coach of the issue and forward a copy to the Coach Coordinator.  The Coach will attempt to deal with the complaint at the coaching level.  Managers should exclude themselves from these discussions unless the team Coach makes a request for their involvement.

-A response will be provided to the Manager, who will in turn advise the complainant of the outcome.
